Do you offer move-out/move-in cleaning services?

Yes, Evie’s Cleaners provides professional move-out and move-in cleaning services to ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned and ready for its next occupants. Important Policy: Empty Space Requirement: All move-out and move-in cleanings must be scheduled for homes that are completely empty prior to the appointment. This allows our team to perform a detailed and efficient cleaning. Additional Charges: If there are excessive items, personal belongings, or furniture remaining in the home during the scheduled cleaning, an additional $250 service charge will apply to cover the extra time and labor required. Our move-out and move-in cleanings include deep cleaning of all rooms, baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances to meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Evie’s Cleaners Maintenance Cleaning Policy

At Evie’s Cleaners, we are committed to providing a seamless, reliable, and high-quality cleaning experience for all our clients. To help us maintain our standards and ensure consistent service availability, please review our maintenance cleaning policy below:

1. Prepaid Appointments

  • All maintenance cleaning appointments must be prepaid to confirm and secure your scheduled service.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees or service disruptions.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are allowed up to two cancellations per year for recurring maintenance cleaning services.

  • After the second cancellation, recurring cleanings will be discontinued.

  • To restart recurring services, a deep cleaning is required before maintenance cleaning can resume.

Do I need to supply the vacuum or cleaning products?

We come equipped with everything we need to make your home or commercial facility sparkle. But if you’d prefer that we use your cleaning products, just let us know when you book online or by phone.

When you book online or call us, you can select to receive a text message or email before each scheduled service. We typically send reminders one day and two hours before each cleaning appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling is one click away. Or simply call us or email us and we’ll update your booking. It just takes a few seconds and we’ll send you an updated booking confirmation. Our email service reminders can include a Reschedule and/or Cancel button which allows you to instantly reschedule or cancel your booking within pre-established periods prior to each service.
